1). What is Otto serves?
We are a branded network of multi-brand automobile workshops, offering standardized car service experience in terms of quality of work and pricing, through our mobile application.
2). How is it different from other online car repair service providers?
Unlike other platforms, we do not show you the nearest authorized or multibrand service station but have tie-ups with some of them who qualify our quality norms.The service stations are inspected and assured to have proper infrastructure and required instruments to give you the best service.
3). How does it work?

Choose from the predefined service packages for your vehicle’s based on its make, model, and variant. If unsure what’s wrong, use our custom service option and simply tell us the problem.

Pick a date, time and location convenient to you.
If you select our predefined services, your vehicle will be picked up on your specified date and time from your mentioned address.

It will then be taken to our nearest service station for servicing and be returned to your doorstep.
Once you are satisfied with the quality of service, you can pay through various payment methods from our mobile application itself.

In case of custom service, our technician will call you to understand your problem. Then with your concern, your car will be picked up for inspection after which you will receive all details and the cost of repair on the mobile application itself. You will then receive a confirmation call, over which you could accept or reject the service.

4). How do you ensure quality at partner workshops?
We have skilled technicians who would be monitoring the service of your car. They ensure that the quality of work is maintained as per our standards. All the services carried out on your vehicle and the consumables used would be as per recommended standards.
5). Which brands do you serve?
We service all major brands like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Honda, Tata, Mahindra, Volkswagen, Toyota, etc.
6). Which areas do you serve currently?
As of now, our services are available in western suburbs of Mumbai.
7). Would there be any additional costs?
Any cost that you see on the mobile application would be the final payable amount. The cost will include the service costs, cost of consumables and all taxes. In short, the prices you see are the prices you pay and there will be no hidden charges.
8). Can I opt for multiple services at the same time?
Yes, of course, you can. Even if we don’t have a cart system we do accept multiple services at the same time. You just have to book your desired services one after the other before your car is picked.
9). How can you offer 40% savings on services compared to an authorized workshop?
We simply have replaced manpower with technology where not required. So you get a professional service at the price that you would pay at your local garage.
10). When do I pay?
You can choose to pay any time after the service on your car is complete and before we handover your car post-service.
11). What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay via debit/credit cards, net banking and most of the leading digital wallets directly through our platform. You can also choose to pay via cash at the time of delivery.
12). Do I get a bill?
Yes, an invoice is sent to your registered email address on every service.
